Consultation
Consultation is a relationship in which the consultant does not assume responsibility for the care of the client but serves to advise the clinician. All advice is at the clinician's discretion to use with their client or not. Consultation can consist of a single consultation session or of an ongoing consultation arrangement depending on the clinician's needs. All consultation is provided for clinicians currently delivering cognitive behavioural therapy.

All consultation is formal and structured in order to help clinician's achieve the most benefit from a consultation session. Clinicians will be asked to complete a structured consultation form prior to the consultation meeting. Consultation uses a variety of approaches such as case conceptualization, role-play, didactic teaching, and shared problem-solving to develop new insights about how to help clients.

In order to be eligible for consultation you must be a registered mental health provider in your jurisdiction. Contact us to schedule a consultation meeting.
